How to install AutoCAD 2016 with Service Pack 1 on Windows 10?

Hi! I recently obtained a student license for AutoCAD 2016. As I found out, in order to install AutoCAD 2016 on windows 10, I must download install the service pack, so do I download autocad 2016 first, and then download the service pack, or do I download the service pack first and download autocad 2016. And how would I apply the service pack to autocad 2016.

I read the readme section on how to install it but I still do not understand.

You can't apply a service pack to something that hasn't been installed yet.  Install the software, then apply the service pack.

when I do finish the installation, what do I do after? I've finished the installation, I double click the service pack to apply it to the program, but when I do that, it states that it need the correct service pack for the correct program. I downloaded the correct service pack for Autocad 2016 but it still doesnt work.
