Can I find a way to install my "perpetual licence" AutoCAD 2005" on a 32 bit Windows 10

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

AutoCAD 2005 is not supported under Windows 10. Even if you get installed, most likely it will not work properly and history has already demonstrated that Window 10 update causes these legacy products to become inoperable.

If you cannot find a free solution on their website these folks will sell you a fix to do just that https://www.longbowsoftware.com
