help

so,i have sketchbookpro 6.2.7 but I wanted to use flipbook, so I got the monthly sub, but my bar only has " file, edit, window, image, help" there is nothing to sign in with! I can't find anything online to help and it's the weekend so I can't call support. what should I do? I just want to animate. ty! -Tori

@torissaschaffer, are you able to open the application at all? The version you have, I don't think uses the Desktop Subscription. If you recently subscribed to Sketchbook, then you'll need to download the resent version <<here>>.

 

If the application fully opens, then go to Help > About Sketchbook Pro > Product Information then note the license type and behavior:
