Thanks for reaching out to the Autodesk community.

To set up your Autodesk Education profile, you'll need to visit the Get Products page in the Education Community. You can sign in with your existing Autodesk account and follow the steps to create your Education profile.

After you set up your profile, you can follow the steps to confirm your educational eligibility and gain access to the Autodesk Education Plan.

You can learn more about the Autodesk Education Plan in this FAQ document. And you can learn more about accessing Fusion 360 in this Fusion 360 single user installation guide.

Hi @Anonymous-

I just did a test creating a new account from our Get Products page and confirmed that if you select your country as China and your institution type as "University/Post-Secondary" then your school's name should appear when you type it in.

Are you seeing this, too?

Thanks for letting me know. I'm not sure why your school wouldn't appear for you unless you selected a different country or "High School / Secondary" instead of "University/Post-Secondary" for institution type.

When I tested, I was able to see the name of your school just fine. Here's a screenshot:

 

It sounds like your teacher is also helping you and may have asked you to email our verification service provider, SheerID, directly. Their email address is customerservice@sheerID.com.
