help with serial numbers

i m installing my autcad mep 2016 an architecture 2015 both software has same problem i used in past but now i m in problem because i install new window. 64 please help 

3ds max is working well.

if you have anti virus on you pc try to disable it during installation .

I had same problem

May I ask where you got these serial #s from that's located in the install document you have opened?   They look like non-standard issued serial #s and ones (666-69696969) that are issued when someone is trying to crack the code.  In addition Autodesk doesn't provide serial #s in a notepad/text document.
