Sorry if this isn't the right place, but I need help and don't know what to do.
On the autodesk website it says I have educational access for maya until jan 5th 2022. When I open maya (and sign in) it says I need to renew my access and that it's expired. I have reinstalled 3 times, and contacted support, but it's almost been a week and I don't know if they're going to get back to me. I'm really worried because I need maya for class. It's worked fine for two and a half years I don't know why it's doing this now.
I really, really need help.
Hi Kirby-
Thanks for posting and sorry to hear this was a challenge for you.
Even though you already have Maya installed, from the Get Products page in our Education Community you'll need to click "Get product" and then the "DOWNLOAD" button to trigger your education entitlement for the product:
After that, you should be able to use the product.
Does that do the trick for you?

Hi Kirby-
In the original screenshot you shared, what happens when you click "Restart access?"
Here's an article that may help:
If you're still having trouble, could you please reach out to our Education support team? You can click the "Ask AVA" button and initiate chat or submit a new case from there.
Hope this helps.

When I click restart access it takes me to the page that says I have my license. I figured out the problem. When I renewed my educational license I got one for every autodesk program, just not maya. Not sure why this happened, or what I can do to get maya. I have every other program.
Hi Kirby-
Glad to hear you figured out the problem. It sounds like you were able to get access to Maya again? Or no? I'm not clear, based on your last post.

Oh, sorry I probably didn't explain it properly.
The issue is that when I got my educational license renewed, something went wrong and I wasn't granted a maya license, but I got one for 3ds max and other autodesk programs. As of right now it has still not been fixed as even with me providing images, autodesk support has been struggling to understand. Their solution right now (I think due to the confusing english) is for me to close maya, and open it again which I have tried around 20 times now and has not fixed the fact that I was never granted a renewed educational license to maya.
I've given up now though and am now transferring my last 4 months of work to 3ds max so I don't fail my course.
Thanks for responding to my forum post though, you've helped more than support has been able to.
Hi Kirby-
Thanks for clarifying, and sorry that our support team wasn't able to help you out with your educational access to Maya. I'm glad that 3ds Max is at least working as expected for you.
I'm also baffled as to why Maya wasn't working for you since you showed as verified in our Education Community and clicked the DOWNLOAD button for Maya. Those are the two key steps to activating your educational entitlement.
Please let me know if you'd like to circle back with Maya at some point, and we can try to help you out.
