Are there any suggestions out there on how to get support from Autodesk relating to Education product Support ?
I have cases open and I keep getting surveys asking how well they have done, but I'm not getting any resolutions?
I have been working this, since 12-22-22 and still can't recover. The license will not activate the installed copy and the new installers appear to be broken from a user experience. The web install opens then disappears into la-la land, and the DLM version runs along then prompts with a message box saying missing a file, but no idea what file.(attachement)
I'm hesitant to uninstall the version I have so I reimaged a machine with win10 20h2 latest and greatest, no office no bloat no nothing. I connected to a non-firewalled appliance'd network and still getting the same error. I turned off the popups as requested by a previous autodesk response and no change in behavior. I have sent videos , screen shots and numerous requests for support and I'm getting crickets back? left dangling here? I'm averaging a single email response about every 8-10 days? Usually a survey of how well they did? I have looked at all the links that are dropped into the emails but none are related to the problem I'm experiencing. I received a message back that says the case was escalated back on jan 19-2023. No response yet? Looking for suggestions, or where to turn for support?

@rich.elliott, You can use this Autodesk-AVA to download the files..!!
Go through this on how to download using AVA.
Thank you but that doesn't appear to be a viable solution for Education products. It just hangs when asking to chat.
If you click on your icon in the upper right, and then the link shown, does it take you to your education account? You should be able to download the software from there.
What are you trying to install?
Your image means you only download part of the required downloads. Likely your browser blocked it.
Go to AVA and download it .. do the browser method.
But if you share what you're looking for, we can tell or show you what you'll need. Some cases even get the links for you.

Hi @rich.elliott,
I've read your case and the article @ed57gmc linked to in the first reply should solve your issue.
Missing installation files are usually due to browser pop-up blockers preventing multiple files from being downloaded,
For Chrome, please see this article from Google.
I hope this helps,

Thanks for the advice, I had already tried that. This appears to be on Autodesk, they corrected something on the back end, because no changes on my end. Friday night the process was broken, both on network and off, but as of saturday AM thinks were working. Struggling with autodesk ed support, for about a month and it appears someone flipped the magic switch. Thank you!
Even with Ava the the install was failing, autodesk did something on the back end that corrected the problem. Thx
