First not sure why you posted 3 times about the same issue.

 

Secondly this is not Autodesk.    This is a peer to peer network where users are assisting other users like yourself.  We don't offer support over teamviewer or any other remote access service.

I am very sorry that I do not get any mail address responsible for sketchbook pro, let me explain why I do not get a complete product for which I paid annual subscription, otherwise I do not get a text menu with which you can use all the tools that you would use . In all the forums I can not find a solution to this problem

I uploaded a sketchbook pro trial was loaded with the tool and text tool, but when I paid an annual contract, was lost text tool, so you can not use all the tools.
