Get these errors when launch AutoCAD

Hi,
I have installed AutoCAD2019 on my laptop(windows system). It shows successfully install the selected products. And then, I clicked launch now. There are some messages, shows unhandled exception "unhandled exception e06d7363 (e06d7363h) at address b5fda839h"; c0000005(Access Violation Reading 0x0060)at address 4e18b22fh. I have tried to reinstall the software. But it still did not work.
