Good Afternoon!
I recently studied and passed the entrance exam for mechanical design professional certificate. Scheduled to take the test and on exam day they couldn’t hear me correctly. So I rescheduled the exam but it wouldn’t show up in my dashboard to be able to take it. I contacted pearson onvue and they said all looked good on their end and I shouldn’t have a problem. So I rescheduled it another time and then another time with the same results. They asked me to contact you to see if there is something on your end not letting me see my exam to be able to take it. If its all clear on your end I can try going to the nearest test center to take the exam if that’s going to help. Please let me know asap so I can get this behind me.

Also, this should be posted in the Licensing board to get better replies.

What does this have to do with licensing?
The certification testing is handled by 3rd parties not by Autodesk

Which ones, Autodesk ended some cert's they had in mid Dec.
PEARSON ONVUE SAID THERE IS NOTHING ON THEIR END TO KEEP ME FROM SEEING THE EXAM IN MY DASHBOARD. AND TO SEEK HELP FROM AUTO DESK

I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND THEY TOLD ME TO GET WITH SOMEONE IN A FORUM FOR HELP. IT WONT LET ME SPEAK TO SOMEONE DIRECTLY ABOUT MY SITUATION

Not quite sure why they are telling you to come here for help
This is a website issue
You may just need to go to a testing center to do the certification
