Fusion Install Fails at 99% on School Computer

Greetings,

Fusion 360 install fails at 99% with a Server problem error. "There seems to be a problem with the server we are downloading Fusion 360 files from." This happens on both a school laptop and desktop. User has admin privileges and is running install as admin. Log file is attached.

The log contains a lot of proxy related errors. Check the configuration of your proxy.
