I am having trouble installing Fusion 360 on my windows 10 64 bit machine.
When running the Fusion 360 Client Downloader, it gets to around 27% then throws up an error.
Error code is "ssl.SSLError: [SSL: DECRYPTION_FAILED_OR_BAD_RECORD_MAC] decryption failed or bad record mac (_ssl.c:2555)"
Looking at the log file (attached to this post) it looks as though the error occurs part way through installing some python libraries? I tried installing python seperately, but this has made no difference.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas how to fix it?
Thanks

@ben.freer Can you please delete couple of folders called out below and then try the install again?
1. C:/Users/USER ID/AppData/Local/ delete the Autodesk folder in there
2. C:/Users/USER ID/AppData/Roaming/ delete the Autodesk folder in there
Now re-install again and this should help with the install. Our engineers mentioned that the logs showed unstable internet connection during the install that left a bad file in those locations.

Try the following AKN
There is a troubleshooting tool on the page as well.
Hi @ben.freer
Could you please try once more after you cleanup %temp% files along with what Raj suggested folders?
Also want make sure you have enough disk space to install Fusion 360 which at least 4GB space required to install.
Thanks.
@ben.freer Was it the cleaning up of the temp files that helped?
