hello.

I have a single - hobby account for learning the app.

after installing the app, I'm trying to log in and the error message pops up. 

The web version of the app is working fine, but the desktop app can't log in..

Also, try disabling any antivirus or network blocking measures temporarily as they could be stopping you from connecting.
