Free 3 year 3Ds Max Student License Serial Number Invalid

When I go to activate 3DS Max, it says it is an invalid serial key. It comes up with what is in this screenshot, I deleted the serial number for safety.

Thank you for the screencapture and for deleting the serial number:)

The easiest way around this issue is to register a new Education Community account with a different email address and Autodesk ID and obtain a new serial number.

There is no need to fully download the program again, simply go as far as obtaining the serial number.
