FlexNet License Finder Problems

I just purchased & downloaded an Acad 2020 program, but am stuck with a "FlexNet License Finder" window. It states: "Your application was not able to find a license file or server for the FlexNet License Server Manager. Choose a filename you want to use for a license file."  ...So, I'm a Single User on a laptop, connecting via a iPhone hotspot. I try entering a file name for a "license" under the autodesk folder, but keep going in the same loop. ... I get a message "Network License Not Available" ... "all licenses in use, server down....etc, etc."  Error code [-15.570.0].  Any ideas?  The other option given is to "Specify the License Server System"...whatever that means.

you need to reset your license to start up as single user

Thanks!. I'll give that a try...maybe I clicked the wrong box for multiple users? Also, I may need to upgrade my Windows 7 (from orig purchase in 2016...no upgrades as laptop was not in use) to be compatible with AutoCAD 2020...

I think I'll keep Windows 7 for awhile and later update to W-10.
