FlexLM GROUP member name

Has anyone tried to add a group member name with an '@' sign in it like XXX@COMPANY.COM

USER_GROUP COMPANY AAA BBB CCC XXX@COMPANY.COM

INCLUDEALL USER_GROUP COMPANY

It looks like this user does not get a license.

16:06:54 (adskflex) DENIED: "FEATURE"  XXX@COMPANY.COM (User/host not on INCLUDE list for feature. (-39,349))

Hello @cjj, 

When creating an options file you can enable/disable case sensitivity for usernames and computer names when you use the GROUP or HOST_GROUP commands. By default, user and computer names are case sensitive.

The GROUPCASEINSENSITIVE statement disables (ON) and enables (OFF) case sensitivity for user and computer names.

I did add the:
GROUPCASEINSENSITIVE ON
But no luck.
