Finding Serial Number

I have a downloaded student version of Maya at the moment I'm downloading on to a new computer how do I find the serial number?

You can locate the serial number in your Autodesk Account just sign-in at the top.

Are you stating a fact or are you having an issue.   Not enough info here..

I am having the same issue i have tried what is recommended but it hasent worked i dont know where e;se i can find it isthier a way you think they can resend it

Odds are you won't have a serial number since most licenses are sign in to activate: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/download-install/activate/subscriber-activation 

You can check this by finding the product license under products and services at: https://manage.autodesk.com/

Expand the product tab and you'll either see a serial number or 'Sign In'
