Find out which autodesk-account a serial number is linked to?

Hi

My license for 3d studio max is fine, but my colleague's isn't. He just got a new computer, but we really can't find out on which autodesk account we can find his serial number. As I understand, he must log in to this account and download max 16 from there. I thought we had more products on this account, but I can only find the one that I am using.

We have his serial number that he used on the old computer, but I'm not writing that here. He has work waiting, so we should try to figure out this quick. How can we solve this?
