Hi! i keep getting this messege and mi Autocad2019 keeps crashing. Please i need a solutcion, ive tried some online but non seems to work.

• specific dwg-file
• specific command

Some other questions:

• Is this a new installation and you had the error since installation?
• Have you installed all updates

it happend when i run the program, i tried to open a dxf file and it crashed and also trying to open a new dwg file.

Yes, Ive install the updates and no, its not a new installation, ive had this version since last year and ive never had this problem before and i use it regulary.

Does it crash only with this specific file?

Every time you create a new file or just every there and then?

If you can't create new files any more then please change your default template file.

Yes, just with this file apparently, i've tried to use diferent templates and the template i usually use and not open the dxf file and it didn't crashed. I guess this file is just the problem? could it be that? because i´ve tried with other dxf files and didn't have a problem, i don't understand, the only diference is that this file in particular was exported from a gis software.

Yes, if the file has defects it might crash AutoCAD.

Can you upload this file so we can try to reproduce this on our workstations (and hopefully repair the DXF)?

sory for de dely, unfortunately it doesn't let me upload the file, i get this error messege when i try: "The attachment's prueba 2.dxf content type (application/x-dxf) does not match its file extension and has been removed".

You can ZIP the DXF-file and upload the ZIP-file.

Hi,

I opened the file with AutoCAD 2022, no crash, all doing well.

There are a lot of points in the drawing, 3 are at 0,0,0 which I removed to make you more happy with ZOOM EXTENTS.
