Fatal Error: Unhandled e0434352h exception at C6804B59h

Every time I open autocad electrical, I get this error if i load any projects. In order to make the error go away , i have to remove the LastPROJ.FIL file from C:\Users\XXXX\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\AutoCAD Electrical 2019\R23.0\enu\Support\User. Any idea what causes this error?

In addition to lastproj.fil, delete all *.MDB files in the same folder. Does that make any difference?
What version AcadE are you running?

It didnt make any difference. I am using ACADE 2019. This process worked the other day but returned back to old state after a restart

Have you had a look at the contents of the lastproj.fil when it won't start? You should be able to open it with notepad or another text editor.
