I am having issues with PDSP download and install... I've tried MY preferred method, ...Download Now and Create Deployment. Install now directly on the computer has also failed.  Also, tried the bloomin' AVA download method. She comes back with PDSP is not supported. I have UAC turned to zero.

See image below as well as log file attached.

The warning can be ignored.   Also your log is just showing the install now method is failing on the download.

Update:  Where's the log when you did browser download?   In addition AVA no longer has suites..   You have to get the suite through your Autodesk Account

ooh shoot!

I click accepted solution mistakenly.

I didn't think to grab the log file on the other methods.

Correction... see the attached log on the failed deployment creation. Thoughts?

... I did notice several the failed C++ in the log file I posted. I didn't see this before.

Also, I did ignore the error you said... however the installation canceled on its own.

I am wondering if C++ is already installed and if I just need to un-install it first, then try the install again.

... Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable is not installed... but 2008, 2019, 2013 and 2017 is.

I think I found log file for the C++ install... I see in this file text Cannot install a product when a newer version is installed.

it looks as though 2017 was installed on the same run - I am wondering why the 2017 install happened before the 2015 install.  I have uninstalled C++ 2017 to see if the error clears.
