Export Screening

Has anyone managed to find a resolution to the errant "Export Screening" error. I'm seeing this at startup of LT 2021, and the "disconnect from internet" work-around doesn't work. I am on monthly sub, but this started 3 days prior to renewal, so doesn't seem related to license of standard subscription (not educational). Have logged issue with support, which is still "waiting for internal action" as of this post...3 days of no work is getting old. Anyone have any insights on why this happens or how long it takes to get resolved?

Hello @Anonymous, 

 

Sorry to hear you are receiving this error, it appears when there is a licensing verification issue. 

 

Please follow the steps below: 

  1. Make sure you have the latest Licensing updates applied, restart the computer & sign-in into the application again
  2. Please contact support for your Renewal they will be able to work with the License Compliance team to get this resolved for you.

Hi Natasha. My issue was resolved by the Autodesk technical support team. Licensing was my initial thought, but it turns out it wasn't a licensing issue, as this occurred prior to my monthly subscription renewal date. Honestly, I don't have any explanation as to why it occurred...something, something something database, something...but I'm back in service and have put it behind me for now.

I am having a similar issue that I was wondering how to resolve.  I am an educator and I was teaching class a few days ago to realize that my subscription had expired but it had not been a full calendar year since I start my educational license.  After further looking the website told me that my account was undergoing standard export screening.  I was wondering what I need to do to fix this issue.

I just walked into my job and logged in to find this issue again for the 3rd time, basically once a week! Why is this happening? I now have a new case to help and waiting but I cant just wait 2 days every single time its ridiculous! I have work to do! My boss is getting pissed! I hope they find a permanent solution. I have it on both my Fusion and my Inventor now. They really need to fix this issue.
