I am new here - Hi 🙂
I was in the middle of trying to download the Autodesk Revit for Eductation however, while filling out the forms, I mistakenly clicked High School/Secondary under Institution Type, instead of Post Secondary.
I hadnt realised my mistake until the next screen 'Just one more step' where it gives you the option to add your school. Due to my earlier mistake, my school isnt listed and I cant proceed past this screen. (I have since confirmed that my school is listed when the correct option has been selected)
I have exchanged multiple emails with SheerID who have only advised to clear the cache, and then subsequently, use an incognito window.
I have tried all of the above, including using different computers, however, the incorrect iformation has been saved and I am just unable to go back and start again.
I have contacted Autodesk several times who explain that my query must be answered by the Education team, who understandably are very busy, and I have yet to have a response from them.
This has been ongoing for 3 and a half weeks now and I am really starting to fall behind with my class now.
If anyone has any advice on how to correct this, I would be very grateful.
