Error: "This account is processed for deletion..."

Hey,

 

I'm trying to login to my AutoCAD software. When I enter my email address it says "This account is processed for deletion and cannot be used". What does it mean and how can I fix this?

 

FYI: the screenshot is in Dutch. Translation is as above.

Is this a student license?
Or is this a company license you no longer work for, or accidentally removed from that account for?
Did you log into your account as that pop-up seems to suggest to see what else might be going on?

Hey,
Thanks for your reply.
I’m still working for this company. When I try to login to manage.autodesk.com I get the same error. My Contract Manager did not delete my account.

I suspect your Contract Manager is the only person able to assist: you and they need to start a support ticket at the Autodesk Account Page while you wait https://knowledge.autodesk.com/contact-support
