Error on Startup - Exception in acmgd.dll ARX Command

Hi Guys,

I opened the computer today and got myself an error message.

I have done a fair bit of googling and forum searching and tried a number of solutions and at a bit of a loss.

When I run autocad I get the popup in the screen below.

When my computer starts up I get an error that quickly dissapears from my screen, a screenshot from a video is attached.

I suspect its something to do with the microsoft  .Net from all my research.

I tried updating windows, there was one to install and that didn't fix it.

I tried just upgrading autocad LT to the 2020 version but got the same problem.

I tried turning off all the services in msconfig and doing a restart as well as a diagnostic restart to no avail.

I tried the .net repair configuration tool to no avail.

I ran my norton virus scan and no fix.

I am Running Windows 10 and autocad LT 2018, and can also run 2020 now as well.

I had exactly the same problem.

All I could do is get a clean install of windows, and install everything again.

Now my pc is on sleep mode, because when i restart the pc, the windows update will install

This is the main issue, an automatic windows security installation

I hope autodesk will have a fix soon
