I have a problem when trying to apply for education access to autodesk products i need it for 1 year for my school, I am currently studying in Singapore, Republic Polytechnic. I am at the page where it asks to fill in the institution name, enrollment date and graduation date, once i filled up the page i clicked next and i got an error, from then on i am unable to complete the verification process. I have already signed up with my school email, therefore i am unable to sign up again, i already tried to switch to a incognito window and also tried to complete the verification process on another computer but still get the same error.
