Error Message in Student Verification Process

Like the user from this post here I get the same error message when trying to verify my account for the educational license. SheerID has directed me back to Autodesk saying they can not do anything if they can not detect any verification request from this site. For the user of the mentioned post, it was said that SheerID can upload their documents for them after they sent them to SheerID. Should I request this of SheerID? (The Autodesk site won't let me upload anything/press any verification button). My course starts in a week, please help. @natasha.l
