Al iniciar por primera vez el programa me aparece un cuadro de dialogo como el siguiente, tiene alguna solución este problema? Adjunto imagen del problema

Here is a possible solution to fix this issue:

Solution

1. Install Windows Updates:
   Go to Start - Control Panel - Windows Update
   Check for updates
   Install all available updates.
   After the updates are installed, restart your computer.
   After the restart repeat the steps above again until no more updates are available.
    
2. Download the Visual C++ Redistributable:
   
   For Windows 64-bit
   Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 (64-bit)
   For Windows 32-bit
   Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 (32-bit) 
   
   
3. Run the vc_redist.x64.exe (64-bit) or vc_redist.x86.exe (32-bit) and select Uninstall
4. Run the .exe again and select Install

Instalar actualizaciones de Windows:
Ir a Inicio - Panel de control - Windows Update
Buscar actualizaciones
Instale todas las actualizaciones disponibles.
Después de instalar las actualizaciones, reinicie el equipo.
Después de reiniciar, repita los pasos anteriores hasta que no haya más actualizaciones disponibles.
 
Descargue el Visual C ++ Redistributable:

Para Windows de 64 bits
Visual C ++ redistribuible para Visual Studio 2015 (64 bits)
Para Windows de 32 bits
Visual C ++ redistribuible para Visual Studio 2015 (32 bits)

Ejecute vc_redist.x64.exe (64 bits) o vc_redist.x86.exe (32 bits) y seleccione Desinstalar
Ejecute el .exe de nuevo y seleccione Instalar
Haz clic en el botón Aceptar como solución si mi publicación soluciona completamente tu problema o responde a tu pregunta.
