Welcome to the community..

What operating system are you installing 2007 on?  Why do you need such an old/retired/unsupported version?  Where did you get this?

I completely agree with Mark Lancaster.

you can get the most latest version (2017) of Autodesk AutoCAD free for 3 years. all you have to do is go to http://www.autodesk.com/education/free-software/featured

Its great that you want to help out and provided answer (and its appreciated).  But please make sure the solutions is kind of a solution.  There's no indicated the original poster is even a student or even attend a qualified educational institution.  So there are just not entitled to a free 3 yr student license.

let's not say "So there are just not entitled to a free 3 yr student license."

instead, if I may say "if the 'potential users' are eligible as per the "Autodesk policy", they will get a free 3yrs Students, educators and educational institutions license.

Thank you for your post, the operating system maybe considered unsupported for the product.

If you are using a newer/current operating system. It would be difficult to make it work, you can still try it.
