ERROR (404

I'm trying to activate serial number xxx-xxxxxxxx key 001k1, but it's impossible. I received a message error (404), contact the manager. How to solve this problem?

Although the forum rules caught your serial # and "X" it out, please do not share sensitive info like serial #s on a public user forum.
