I'm trying to activate serial number xxx-xxxxxxxx key 001k1, but it's impossible. I received a message error (404), contact the manager. How to solve this problem?

Yes! I'm learning and teaching in introduction on autocad. I don't get to activate the software. Thanks for to give us a solution to this question.
