Error - 1722 - LaunchLucEXE

Installation error 1722. when installing the Base Resolution Material Library, returns an error with the LaunchLucEXE. I'm having trouble installing.

Somebody help me ...

Hello,

 

I have the problem with Autocad 2011 student version

my system is Windows 7 ultimate 32-Bit

 

I have tried to activate flexnet  but its not there
