empty zip file

Steps to reproduce
"How to simulate quick and accurate traffic flows" on-demand module resource zip file is empty. CE-CBA0003_R_H Conceptual Dataset.zip - (32 mb)

Expected results
These downloadable resources will be used to complete units in this module:

Actual results
"Cannot Complete the Compressed (zipped) Folders Extraction Wizard
The compressed (zipped) folder is empty.
Before you can extract files, you must copy
files to this compressed (zipped) folder.
To close this wizard, click Finish."

It does seem to be corrupted with regular zip methods. But I found that 7.zip will upzip the file.  You can download it here and then right-click and open the archive.  That will get you to the files.
