Dear Autodesk,
I am Glasgow University Year 2 Mechanical Engineering student. I have a problem confirming my eligibility for the student access.
I already contact SheerID after I fail confirming 3 times and they reply that I need to contact the customer support. Since this problem need to be solve urgent because I really need to use the program as soon as possible. (I contact customer support but there are no reply yet)
The SheerID said that I need to change my status from Faculty to Student in order to obtain the student access.
