Although on my account page it is written that I have access to Autodesk Educational products until April 4, 2024, when I open Autocad, which I reinstalled after renewing access, it keeps telling me that access has expired and that I have to restart it. I also noticed that this problem occurs to me only for AutoCad, because trying to install another software (Civil3D), the problem did not arise.
Please someone help me, i don't know what to do....

This is what i see when i started AutoCad,
and when I click on Renew Access, it sends me to Autodesk products, where it tells me that the license expires in 2024, as shown in the second image.
And if I go to the product, it tells me to install it, even though I have already installed it.
So if they are the same account and you're getting this,
I'd reset the license:
Thanks a lot for the help, I haven't tried this solution but I will consider it if the problem arises again. I needed a quick fix (being in the middle of a project) and opted to cleanly uninstall Autodesk products and reinstall them.

I am experiencing a very similar problem with Inventor and Autocad.
I contacted Educational Support, tried to reinstall the software, download the software, and reset the license, but no luck so far.
I am still having the same issue.
