Hello,
Can someone please help me as I am stuck and not making any progress.
I am a full time educator with an official .edu email. About 2 weeks ago I filled in a form to be considered for an education license but heard nothing.
I tried going through the educational support page and clicked the phone back option. The lady who phoned me told me that that number is not for educational customers.
When I clicked the autodesk educational support email and ask, I was given a canned reply that did not answer my question.
In my autodesk portal I cannot find a log of my request so I have no idea what to do.
I am happy to provide supporting information to substantiate my educational request if this is defined.
Please help me as I have no idea what to do next.
Thanks

Hello @Anonymous,
I am sorry to hear you are having trouble accessing your educational licenses. Have you gone through the educational verification process?
Please visit the "Get Products" page, select "Get Started" or "Sign-in" to start the verification process. You have a limited time to provide the documentation. Once uploaded, your document will be reviewed and you'll receive an email within 48 hours to confirm your status.
As of May 2020 the Education Community launched a new verification process, when accessing products from the Educational Community members of the program will be prompted to verify & determine eligibility to access Autodesk educational licenses. Either proof of enrollment or employment needs to be provided & uploaded.
Please review the Educational Verification FAQ for more details about the documentation requirements.
Please "Accept Solution" if a reply or replies have helped resolve the issue or answered your question, to help others in the community.

Hi @Anonymous,
Can you try from a different browser or try enabling flash and pop-ups for the verification page? To see if that makes any difference
Hello @natasha.l
As I mentioned I got a video of my session made. This is what I experience. I would appreciate if someone could tell me what I am doing wrong.
@leowarren34 I have used other browsers. In my opinion, after a submission is made I should be able to track it in my account and know that it has been filed, is in progress and at the end know the outcome and what is required.
Hello @leowarren34 ,
I can confirm that when I used a different browser and specifically enabled popups for autodesk.com, the same blank windows comes up as shown in the video I uploaded earlier.
Thanks
Connie
Hi @Anonymous,
Cheers for the video - so verification is the issue here because your school is not listed - reach out to educational support who can add your school and allow you to get verified.
Provide education support with:
School Name
School Address
School Type
State
City
Country
School phone number
School URL
Dear @leowarren34 ,
I submitted my request. I'll keep you posted on developments.
Thank you
Connie

Dear @leowarren34 and @natasha.l
I don't know how to update the request I submitted but it may help that my details are listed on the directorate staff page of the site: https://digitalliteracy.skola.edu.mt/directorate-staff/.
I registered using that email.
If you can communicate this internally it might help.
Thanks
Hello,
It is really so depressing that Autodesk do not seem to have a functional system. Even though I submitted my school details more than a week ago today I go this email when I asked about the account. How many times can I get started.
I hope this is not made so challenging that people end giving up. The entire system has not traceability functions that show open cases, and communications and this makes it impossible to understand what is happening. Why can't a support person look up the account and find out that this account has made a request as stated in an Autodesk knowledge base article: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/search-result/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Unable-to-add-school-nam...?
Thanks
