Hello!

I've had my account for a while and from what i understand its an educational one seeing as I'm able to use AutoCAD 2021 without a problem.

I recently downloaded Revit 2021 and it seemed fine at first until I realized it was a trial version. When I try to activate it, it asks for a serial number which I did not received. 

I thought my account had to re-confirm my eligibility but I see no option to do so on the site. All I see when I open the Education Community tab is, "Hi Jaycob! Your educational access to Autodesk is valid through--. Choose a product below."

 

Is there a way to fix this?

• Go to education community site Student and Education Software | 1-Year License | Autodesk Education Community
• Log in to your student account
• Scroll to Revit and download 2021 (While logged in)
• You will receive an email that you now have access to Revit 2021 <--- this is where ur account gets access to Revit 2021 

You do not need to finish the download and you do not need to reinstall...just re-launch Revit 2021 which you have and switch license to Log In using user account

I've seen this issue with the 'valid through --' before and it seems to be an issue on Autodesk's side as if your license has expired, it stops you from renewing.
