Education License term & expiration

hi, i have some problems with my student account: i sent the verification on september 19 but i haven't recived any e-mail to download AutoCAD yet...

on my account says that i can use the product until semptember 2021 but i asked until 2025 since i have to study for five years at least... can someone help me?

Autodesk clearly states the license is only for a year

you don't get to pick & choose how long the license is

not sure why you thought this

buy a license if you want longer than that

Hello @Anonymous, 

I have created a Education Software Guide that outlines the changes that were made to the education program. As of May 2020 the Education Community launched a new verification process along with some changes to the program.

Educational Software is now offered for a set term of 1 year, there is no option to extend the term. Visit the  education community site under "Get Products", click the "Sign In" link to select & access products, the activation information is provided on the site.

*Note: When the term has ended & the software license expires you will need to visit the "Get Products" page "Sign In" then re-verify your status & select a newer version.
