I installed Fusion 360 after getting my request for Education License accepted. But after I installed it, in the license information it displayed "Personal-Not for Commercial Use". I reported this to the customer service and apparently I somehow got a Personal License instead of Education license (even though I did not apply for it). So they proceeded to cancel it in order for me to be able to use my Education License. But now it displays "Subscription Expired". I have tried clean uninstalling and re-installing but nothing seems to work. In my products and services section it still shows Fusion 360 is under Personal License. Please help me out.

Have you requested Fusion 360 from the Product page: https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview
Next check https://manage.autodesk.com/,
Make sure you see Fusion 360 under Products and Services and that Education is underneath (like shown below):
Let me know how this goes
Hi @leowarren34 , turns out it was a technical issue after all and the customer service resolved it within 2 weeks. Thank you for your help and concern.
Can you tell a bit more about how it was resolved ...and then accept the solution so others will know?
