Education License - Missing Autocad

Hi,

I have downloaded the 'Product Design Suite Ultimate 2017' under a schools educational license.

When I start to create the deployment AutoCAD isn't listed as one of the products?

I can see 'AutoCAD Mechanical', 'AutoCAD Electrical' & Inventor but can't just plain AutoCAD?

Hi James, 

You can go ahead and install AutoCAD Mechanical 2017. You'll be able to change a few things (very simple) so that you are left with Vanilla AutoCAD 2017, or in other words, Plain AutoCAD without any enhancements. Follow THESE INSTRUCTIONS

Welcome to the community..

AutoCAD is there..  Its a core install of AutoCAD Mech and AutoCAD Electrical..  There will be no desktop icon for vanilla AutoCAD but if you went to the Windows Start Menu and expended AutoCAD Mech or AutoCAD Electrical you will see a launch for vanilla AutoCAD.
