Education license for a school, how to get it

Hello everyone,

I am writing on behalf of the school I am teaching at.  https://amafilmacademy.pl/

Due to the changes, Autodesk introduced to licensing we cannot renew our education license anymore.

Is there a way to contact someone from Autodesk directly (not via the form that auto rejects us)
