Education & Student Access Page Error

It was working a few days ago, but yesterday and today when I try to download and get a license for an app from the Education & Student Access page, I get an error at the top of the page that says:

Apologies for the delay. The system is currently experiencing a problem. We’re working hard to resolve the issue. Please try again later.

I click "Get license" for the respective app, and it will prompt me to download the installer, and then, the above error appears instead of the usual message that displays the serial number. Also, I am no longer receiving the usual "Autodesk license details" email after attempting to get a license.

Furthermore, I have been unable to activate the license that I was able to get a few days ago, because when I try to activate the license, I get the following error:

Thanks for initiating your product activation. The system encountered a problem registering or activating your product. Please submit your registration information to us in a Customer Service request and an Autodesk representative will contact you.

The error message says you need to contact EDU Support: this is not the venue for that.

Try here (bottom of the page) https://www.autodesk.com/education/support
Do so now.

@pendean, I appreciate that you are trying to help, but before you default to treating me like a lost child, could you please at least actually read my post? Because nowhere in this error does it say anything about contacting "EDU Support":

And the Education Support page link that you gave, well it's exactly how I found this forum:

Which makes sense considering 3 of the 7 pinned topics in this exact Installation & Licensing forum are for, wait for it... Education Licenses!

So I know that I'm in the correct forum. I'm just trying to get some help and see if anyone else is experiencing the same issue that I am.

Oh and by the way, I tried clicking the "Customer Service request" link in the activation error, and it generates a Script Error of its own:

You posted this screenshot, read the highlighted sentence again, you opted to ignore the collective wisdom shared with you by customers (I am one of many) and experts (also one of many around here)

If you read any emotions or put-ons, that sadly is on you, I wrote a very factual response to your query.

You may have skipped notice that I recommended you go to the bottom of the page to contact EDU support

Perhaps this easier to navigate webpage can help you out better to get to EDU Support https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-c...

Hi @joshmorgan,

This is a common and known issue with education accounts, @pendean is correct in that education support is the place you should contact to get this fixed.

Whilst the Installation and Licensing forum can often reach a solution, we cannot fix site or account-related issues.
