After uploading my student documentation I recieved this email today (see photo). According to Autodesk: 

The last name on the document does not match the last name you entered on your verification form.

I have been in contact with Autodesk but they close the case or try to send me further on to the Robot. 

Do you know what else I can do - or do you have a speciel number I can call?

Autodesk doesn't handle verification
