EDU P&ID access

I have downloaded AutoCAD 2022 with the education package and am trying to work on P&IDs and import xml files but autocad won't let me. I tried to find the plant 3D toolset but can not how do I work on P&IDs in this case

Plain AutoCAD is just that: plain AutoCAD. You need what Autodesk calls "specialized toolsets" which are separate installers for separate programs.
