Is anyone else having this problem?

I need to create a customized deployment of AutoCAD 2023, which is no longer an option in the downloaded installer files. From the best I can tell, it is only possible via the website for 2022+ products. We just registered AutoCad 2023 and it is not showing up here:

Clicking the various links always brings me back to this spot to create a new package, where AutoCAD 2023 is not an option. This worked fine last year. I cannot help but think this is related to the license activation issues we just encountered.

Is there some magic involved in getting products to show up there?

I will open another support ticket, I suppose.

Thanks for that verification.

This would have only been my second time using this method of creating custom packages. As we can see here, it worked fine for me last year. Other than figuring out the proper nomenclature for the license servers in the wizard, it went surprisingly smoothly. I was actually looking forward to an easy time this year, but we had the activation issue for the last three days, and now this.

I'm also having the same issue. Now that the registration and activation issue is resolved, I was able to activate Revit 2024. When proceeding to the 'Custom Install' section, I do not see Revit listed under products with the license type 'serial number'. Maybe there is a delay?

@LeoWarrenADSK    &  @ChrisMitchell01

Is it possible that this issue is a cascade effect from the registration issue from the past several days?

@ablackburn  Please consider putting in a support ticket for this. Thanks for confirming that it must be systemic.

@mwittsto   reports in the other thread that they believe there is a 24-hour delay, but I do not remember that from last year. But I am getting old, too, so my memory could be flawed.. lol
