Eagle Reinstall - Missing Code

Hello guys,

 

I do need to reinstall the Eagle CAD on my computer.

I've got my licence file from a previous backup (xxxxxxxxxx.key).
Let me know if you need it on a private messenge. 
 
Everything was going fine, until the request of a "installation code".
How to recover it?
I can send you my licence number or anything else you need.
 
This is the reference data, included on the PackingList email:

Welcome to the community. 

 

Eagle requires a user login of your Autodesk credentials, the license will be applied based on your Autodesk Account entitlement. There is a serial number associated but it’s not required to enable Eagle, it is only used to reference a particular entitlement. We no longer use a key and installation code, we had that until our last legacy release in November 2016. The official release of Autodesk EAGLE v8 is strictly subscription based.

 

Make sure you have access to Autodesk servers by following the steps below: 

 

  1. During installation of Eagle make you do not have a Windows profile set to standard user, it needs to be changed to Administrator
  2. Adjust Lan Settings & Proxy Settings, or try a different network location
  3. Sign-out of all Autodesk related products. Please try the following, How to sign out of the Autodesk Desktop app  & be sure to sign-in with the proper Autodesk ID & Password
  4. Temporarily disable security settings like Antivirus, Firewall & UAC on your Windows operating system
  5. Whitelist the sites listed in these article:

 6.   Try reaching out to our support for Autodesk Account  team

Are you saying that I've lost my Standard Commercial Licence of Eagle?
And now I need to purchase another one?

Shouldn't be a lifelong licence?

Here goes an excerpt of my licence:


* Modules: Layout Editor, Schematic Editor*
* Platforms: Windows, Linux, Mac*
* Users: 1*
* Type: Commercial*
* Edition: Standard*
* Program version: 6*
* Expiration date: none*

Is there a way to link my old licence to that new one?

Hello @sandrobenigno

 

Thank you for providing the information on the version you are using. 

 

You can still install and run previous versions of EAGLE (V7 and prior) with your previously purchased licenses and existing license entitlements.

 

I will escalate this post for you & it will turn into a support case to a team that can access the information for you to activate this legacy license of Eagle.
