Eagle Premium offline

Hi,
I am going to buy licence for Fusion 360, which contains licence for Autocad Eagle Premium. I heard that Fusion 360 is cloud aplication. We wants to design some secret projects and we are afraid about leaking our data from Eagle. Is there any possibility to use Eagle Premium even without connecting to the cloud ? I mean, just designing PCB in Eagle without any conection to Internet.

Eagle is based in the cloud in the same way Fusion is, so all is on the cloud.
