You may not have realized, but your serial number information is inside of the log file. For future reference, please delete that information before posting.
Secondly, @pendean is correct, your installation is failing because you're attempting the install by using the Install Now option which isn't reliable. By using the virtual agent, you're sure to download everything before starting the installation <--- One step at a time instead of installing while it's being downloaded...
