dll missing

gdi16res.dll missing...i can not open dwg trueviewer..please solve this..i can not work.please solve as soon as possible

Hello @Anonymous, 

It seems you had an issue downloading & installing, that's why you are missing a dll file. Please follow the steps below & pull the latest download from the link provided. 

1. Uninstall using the Control Panel, locate the DWG Trueviewer right-click select Uninstall 
2. Reboot the computer, make sure apps are not auto running in the background 
3. Log in as Administrator (check your permissions, full control) or create a new profile
4. Make sure you have an uninterrupted high-speed connection to the internet & try adjusting your LAN  & proxy settings etc.
5. Clean out the TEMP folder. To open the TEMP folder, type %TEMP% in the address bar of Windows Start Menu and hit Enter (Windows)
6. Temporarily disable security settings like Antivirus, Firewall & UAC on your Windows operating system
7. Please download the viewer from this page All Autodesk Viewers & online viewer
