Can not intall AutoCad 201LT and keep getting this message "DirectX® Runtime    Failed    Failure is ignored, Result=1619". How do I fix this?

What operating system are you trying to install to?

Have you assured the following:

It is necessary to perform the following steps to assure a successful installation:

1. Make sure you Logon to your computer as an Administrator.
2. Empty your TEMP folder.  To open the TEMP folder type %TEMP% in the address bar of Windows Explorer and hit Enter.  Delete all the contents of this folder.  Don't worry if deleting doesn’t remove everything by skipping files.
3. Disable your Antivirus software.  All Antivirus programs are different.  You may need to consult your Antivirus website to learn how to temporarily disable your service.
4. Disable UAC.  The following link will instruct you on how to disable UAC:

We are running windows 8.1 at this time.

Still not able to get it to install!
